Agencies sell trust. A client hands you their inbox, their books or their brand, and they want to hear what happened today. Agency client reporting usually depends on each person writing a good update at the end of a long shift. Some do. Some forget. Astrolinks helps every person on your team write a clear report, and gives you one place to read them.
The agency's reporting problem
If you run a VA agency or a small studio, your week probably looks like this:
- ten people, thirty clients, and a shared Slack where updates scroll away
- a client asking "what did Jo do on Tuesday?" and nobody being sure
- a teammate on a night shift whose update arrives as one line
- a monitoring tool somebody suggested, that makes your best people uneasy
Screenshots and activity scores look like answers. They rarely are. They tell you someone's mouse moved. They don't tell the client what got done, and they cost you goodwill with the people doing the work.
How Astrolinks works for agencies
Each person writes better reports, faster
Every team member runs Astrolinks on their own computer. It keeps a private log of their day on their computer and drafts each client's end-of-day report at clock-out. They check it, edit it and send it. Each client keeps their own sections, tone, language and time zone. That makes your reports more consistent across the team without a style guide nobody reads.
Reports arrive in one Team inbox
With the Team plan, a person can press Send to your team. They see exactly what will go first. The report reaches your Team inbox with its text, the client's name, the blockers read from it, and their hours only if they switch them on.
Managers start from an Overview: who has sent today's report and who hasn't, today's blockers and open tasks. They can read, copy and delete reports, and on Business export them as CSV. A person can Take back a report they sent. The team inbox page covers the details.
What you never see
You never see anyone's activity log, entries, apps, websites, notes or AI chats, and you see their hours only when they include them in a report. The Team service has nowhere to store them. We call it clarity, not surveillance. It is also simply what the product does: there's no setting that turns it into a monitoring tool.
Tasks and goals from a manager
Managers can give tasks and goals, to one person or everyone. When someone marks a task done, you see that it's done and their note. Not how long it took.

An example agency
This is an illustrative example, not a real customer.
Northstar is a VA agency with eight assistants on night shifts for US clients. Maria, the operations lead, used to read updates in five Slack channels each morning.
Now each VA runs Astrolinks. At the end of a shift they press Summarize my day, read their reports, send each client's report to that client's Slack, and also send it to the team. Maria opens the Team inbox at 08:00 Manila time. She sees which reports have arrived and reads the blockers first. One VA is waiting on a client's login. Maria emails the client before they've even woken up.
On Monday she gives everyone a task: "Use the new weekly template in the shared drive". By Wednesday, six people have marked it done with a note.
Before you roll it out
Tell your people what the company will see before they join. Astrolinks provides a worker notice template for this. Being clear early avoids awkward questions later, and in some places it's a legal requirement. The inbox itself is protected too: two-step sign-in with recovery codes, common passwords turned away, every signed-in browser listed with Sign out everywhere, and an activity log. On Business, two-step sign-in can be required for every manager.
Plans for companies: Team gives each person Pro, a company inbox, and reports kept up to 90 days. Business adds reports kept up to 2 years, CSV export of reports and the activity log, required two-step sign-in for managers, and priority support. Both are per seat, from 2 seats.
