Manage or cancel
In the app, open Plan and press Manage plan. For Team and Business, use Manage billing in the Team inbox. Paddle’s page opens in your browser, and cancelling there is one more click. Every receipt from Paddle has the same link. Or write to info@astrolinks.org; you don’t have to explain. Your plan works until the end of the period you paid for.

Questions about plans
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Every new copy starts with a 7-day Pro trial, no card. When it ends you move to Free unless you choose a plan. Nothing is charged by itself.
How much does it cost where I live?
This page shows the price for your country, from Paddle, with taxes where they apply. Checkout shows the final amount before you pay.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing. Your log, summaries, Hours for this week, Tasks, Copy, Slack and email keep working on Free. Only the Pro features and Pro’s share of AI stop at the end of the period you paid for.
How do I cancel?
In the app, open Plan and press Manage plan. Paddle’s page opens in your browser, and cancelling there is one more click. Team and Business use Manage billing in the Team inbox. Every receipt has the same link, or write to us. You don’t have to explain, and your plan works until the end of the period you paid for.
Why does checkout say Paddle?
Paddle is our reseller and the merchant of record. It handles checkout, taxes, receipts and refunds, and shows the price for your country.
Can I use my own Anthropic key instead?
Yes, on any plan. Add it in Settings, AI. You then pay Anthropic directly for what you use, and the monthly count of Astrolinks AI doesn’t apply.
How much AI is included?
Free: 5 AI reports a month with Everyday, without chat changes. Pro, each seat and the trial: 150 AI writes and edits a month, with Everyday or Best writing, and chat. The count starts again on the 1st. If you use them all, your summaries on this computer still work, and so does your own key.
What do Team and Business add?
Team gives each person Pro, plus a company inbox for the reports people choose to send, tasks and goals for the team, and reports kept up to 90 days. Business adds reports kept up to 2 years, CSV export of reports and the activity log, required two-step sign-in for every manager, and priority support. Both start from 2 seats.
I bought from the app. Where is my license?
The app picks it up by itself within a few seconds, with nothing to copy. If it doesn’t, the thank-you page can show your license key once, to paste in Settings, AI.
