Open Hours and pick This week, Last week, This month, Last month, or any two dates. You see each client’s hours in decimals, the amount to bill, and a table of clients by day. Time that belongs to no one sits apart, on no one’s bill.

Click a client for its work items: the lines of your daily summaries, added up.

Into your sheet in one move

Copy as table pastes into Google Sheets or Excel with every number in its own cell. Export CSV saves one row per date, client and work item, with minutes, hours, rate, currency and amount.

An invoice in one click

Make invoice builds one client’s invoice for the dates on screen. You see it as it will be: the invoice number, the date, who it is for, every work item with its hours and amount, the total, when it is due and how they pay you. Save it as a PDF, a CSV, or both, under one number.

The numbers add up to the cent. Each line’s amount is its hours times the rate, and the total is the sum of the lines. Different currencies are never added together.

• One optional rate per client, in any currency: 25 USD, 18.50 EUR, 900 PHP.
• Invoice numbers move on by themselves and never go back.
• Due on receipt, or in 7, 14 or 30 days. Letter or A4.
• Saved on your computer. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Hours come from your own log. They help you bill and remember. They are not proof of work, and you should check them before you send an invoice.
